The AIX Americas is the only global exhibition for passenger experience and cabin interiors which takes place in fall. As an additional exhibition to the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg in spring time the AIX Americas is moreover collocated to the Airline Passenger Experience Association Expo (APEX) and the International Flight Service Association Expo (IFSA).
The location of the AIX Americas changes every year to enrich the industry's perspective and reach a wide audience of decision makers from around the world.
This year the AIX Americas took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC), California, USA and was co-located with The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) EXPO and The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) EXPO, enabling to experience the full spectrum of aircraft interiors products and passenger services in one location.

Teresa Adams and Kellie Walter from our sales team in Harrisburg, OR and Melisa Krainovic from our Design Management team in Austria presented the latest innovations and enjoyed lots of talks and meetings throughout these 3 days in LA.
Kellie Walter optimistic: "The AIX in LA this year had a busier and more productive atmosphere than in years past. The conference is still growing to catch back up to the size and scope of years past but it seems to be on the right track to again become a premier US interiors conference."
Indeed more than 3.500 industry experts, including representatives from nearly 100 airlines and about 300 content providers, OEMs, systems manufacturers and other industry suppliers from around the globe were joining the annual event. The organizers put their emphasis not only on the exhibition stands but also on interactivity, bringing products and innovations to life with the free CabinSpace LIVE sessions, networking events and parties.
"After a very successful and busy AIX Hamburg I took the chance in LA to listen to the very interesting discussions and presentations at the CabinSpace LIVE. AIX LA also encourages thinking allows to think out of the box while visiting APEX and IFSA to get a broader view of the whole passenger experience", Melisa Krainovic enthusiastic. "Each AIX is a very enriching and important platform to gain important insights into the latest market developments and discuss trends with customers and other suppliers. Airlines, designers and suppliers drive together innovations in aircraft interior with the common goal to create added value to the passenger."

The 21st edition of the Aircraft Interiors Expo takes place on 3 days from 31.03.2020 to 02.04.2020 in Hamburg.
The AIX Americas takes place from 19-22 October 2020 in San Diego, USA.
