Stefan Fodroczi: This is a result of feedbacks from our customers, partners and employees. Our customized solutions often come along with confidentiality and so our communication culture is shaped. However, we got the message and want to become more open to share insights and offer impulses to a broader audience.
Thomas Lassacher: Another reason why we want to use social networks is to reach our target community in a way, which is already an integrated part of our lives.
Thomas: Isovolta is a family owned business, which is very strong in its niches for 70 years now. Combined with passionate people who create an encouraging business climate this is a solid foundation for the next 70 years.
Stefan: I also think that it is the passion and experience of our people. As Thomas said, we are excellent in our niches. In addition, we take things personally and we identify with our customers. We have a great mix of longstanding and experienced as well as young and enthusiastic employees, enabling us to push the limits and to go the extra mile.
Thomas: Only if you use good ingredients, you can cook good dishes. This is also true for aircraft interiors.
Stefan: Our aim is nothing less than to provide the “perfect skin” for cabin interior surfaces. Perfect in terms of aesthetics, mechanical and airworthiness needs. In addition, to support the production and repair processes at our customers and users in a perfect way. Moreover, what would an aircraft interior look like without branded surfaces, without seamless and smoothly shaped interior panels?
Stefan: I think that customization and standardization needs will increase and on the first view, this appears as a conflict. We believe that by improved forecasting, process improvements and innovations, we can master this challenge, but certainly, we need close co-operation with our customers and users.
Thomas: I see a trend towards individualization in terms of light and design. We will help our customers to make these visions come true by offering them our creative and technical competence.
Stefan: For example on a product level, there is a trend of surfaces interacting with LED lighting. Our teams are working on some amazing solutions and are looking forward to serving you.
Stefan: Trust, open communication, flat hierarchies, individual responsibility or agile teams are very important to us. As mentioned before, we are a family owned enterprise in the 3rd generation and our owner thinks long-term and encourages us to be passionate and unique, enabling us to sustainable invest into our employees and ideas.
Thomas: I would say set clear targets give open feedback and lead by example - walk the talk.
Stefan: In my opinion, success is to meet a defined target, but then it often requires more to feel successful. Therefore I believe that “the route is the goal” applies in many cases and to me this means to share success, define targets that allow “win-win” solutions and sometimes change targets.
Thomas: For me success is doing what I want and feel that it is right. In addition, of course reaching my goals without losing myself.
Stefan: For sure, it makes me very proud to see that our solutions add value to our customers. For example, if our décor films become an essential puzzle piece of a beautiful new cabin interior or if our pre-preg solutions help our customers to reduce system costs.
Thomas: The people who dedicate their energy to our products and the industry are making me proud.
Stefan: It fills me with pride to see how our A&T teams are pushing limits and creating new solutions and you should see our employees entering an aircraft running one of our products.
